Cancellation can be done 48 hours before the checkin. Refund will be done through online mode in 6-7 working days.

1. All fees are exclusive of Service Tax and any other taxes/ levies, if any.
2. Any waiver of AMC shall be only for the first year commencing from the date of acceptance
3. The above fees and services with respect to the same are subject to approval by the respective acquiring bank
4. Subject to any additional fee charged separately, the above mentioned rates are inclusive of transaction processing fee, convenience fee, fee for GST etc.
5. All fee/consideration payments are in relation to services received/to be received
a. One time payable upfront at the time of signing of Merchant form
b. Annual maintenance contract fee will be charged annually for maintenance of PayU services
c. If provided will be interest free and refundable
